The venue of the conference is Department of Civil Engineering, Osmania University, Hyderabad. As part of the conference, it is planned to arrange exhibition for the benefit of both the exhibitors and the delegates. After consultation with selected agencies for arranging such stalls the following specifications are arrived at:

1. It is possible to have only limited stalls in the corridors of the main halls of the conference with a payment of Rs. 25,000.00 for each stall.
2. Each stall will be of size 3 m x 3 m. Each stall will be self sufficient with a table and lighting facilities.
3. Stalls can be kept only for 3 days(29-31 December 2017).
4. The stalls are planned to be allotted on first-cum-first-served basis.
5. The rental charges of stalls will be borne by the exhibitors.
